I just had my daughter in April - and my in laws have been joking with me saying “time to try for that boy anytime soon?” And I say well I actually do plan on having one more and I actually want it to be another girl. Then I always get reactions usually questioning why I don’t want a boy and that it’s so much better to have one of each and that “boys are the best” and how could I possibly want to miss out on that opportunity

Why’s it so wrong to want two of the same gender ??

(I only plan on having 2 children and already have 1 daughter)
