Upset stomach and nausea

Hi am 14/15dpo and experiencing upset stomach everytime i eat since last night and nausea. Also slightly cramping at night around my lower abdomen especially on my left. No the usual backpain i get around af. I alsohave lil sore boobs and sensitive nipples.

I have not tested yet, anyone with these and ended up with bfp please? Thanks a lot
