I took plan b about a week ago, my period was supposed to come like a day ago. when can I take a pregnancy test? I’m feeling cramps and sore nipples but I don’t know if it’s from the pill or pms

You can take one now if you’re late. If you ovulate during that time, the sperm and egg can meet and cause pregnancy. Morning-after pills work by temporarily stopping ovulation, but if your ovary has already released an egg, your pill won't keep you from getting pregnant.
