I hate myself and I feel like I shouldn’t be alive

I had an abortion almost 2 weeks ago because I thought I wasn’t ready to have the baby. But a few days after it happened, I instantly regretted it and now I hate myself so much and I don’t want to be alive anymore. I feel so numb and heartless and like I don’t deserve anything anymore.
