They're not bumps. Not raised at all. They look like scabs but if you were just touching her skin, you wouldn't even know they were there.

Do her nails need to be cut as it look like scratch marks from her nails to me, babies nails can be so sharp. Any marks on her face?

So, I've just found little patches on my skin but mine are raised and red and itching. Kinda feels like poison oak but idk where I would've gotten it. Also, my dad found a tick on the neighbors cats that are always over at my house. I had allergic reactions to animals when I was pregnant. Could this be related

Did something fall on her or did she fall? If they popped up without being hurt to get them I'd take her to the doctor asap to make sure it's not something serious
