Implantation bleeding?
My period was due 7 days ago. I had an ultrasound just over a week ago and they said they could see a corpus luteum, and my lining was thick, could this mean pregnancy? Been having some dull cramps, sore boobs etc. When I wiped this was on the toilet paper, never had this before? And don’t have it anymore. TIA 💗
