Has this happened to anyone else after having a baby?

So I had an emergency c-section with both my babies due to preeclampsia and the same thing happened after both. I looked skinny within a week... like skinnier than I was before I got pregnant. Especially in my legs and even my butt has disappeared! 😂And it doesnt matter where I touch, all over I feel soft and squishy almost like I've lost muscle mass or something. I was up and about pretty quick both times, it just seems kinda strange to me! Maybe all the meds I was put on 🤷‍♀️ I've not heard of it happening to anyone else and was just curious as I cant find anything online! Not got rid of the mum belly though 🙄
