What does it mean when a man takes you to his mom house just to stop by and visit? Is he getting serious about us or....

You would have to ask him. Plenty of guys met my mom on the first date when they came to pick me up or I met their when I went to get them.

It depends on the guy and situation. I had an ex who took me to his parents house and I met his whole family like a week into us dating. We were hanging out and he had to stop at their house unexpectedly. We never got serious, and dated only for a month or so
