Lost a few extra pounds finally!
I have been trying to count calories and loose 5-10 pounds the past two months.(I'm short, so small amounts of weight make a big difference.) I tried to count calories last year too, but I eventually just gave up because it felt like I was starving and lack of willpower.
This month, I worked with my dad filling and sanding drywall mud for a few weeks, and I was surprised to find that somehow I finally lost 5-7 pounds, and I've been keeping it off because my tummy is shrunk and I cant eat as much. Im a bit confused but not complaining. Not sure if I ate some drywall dust and that is a weight loss secret, or if staying busy killed my appetite. Either way, I feel healthy, and not malnourished. I'm a lot more confident, and all my clothing fits so much better! :) Dont give up weight loss!
