What do u think of my bf-- is he wrong?

So we were supposed to spend time today. I was under the impression we would but when I get over to his house I let him drive bc I'm not the best driver and instead od goinf where we said we were initially to spend time together..

He instead travels all over to go get money from people that owe him.. I got to his place by 2:30 and he got done at damn near 4. I told him how I felr but it seems like it falls on deaf ears.

Last time he went to his friends place I had to gps my own way back home at 9p at night

I feel like he doesn't love me
