Blackheads around Lips

Does anyone have a good scrub or method that they recommend for blackheads? I have 2 or 3 recurring ones that are right on my lip line. They mostly appear around my top lip. When I attempt to squeeze them or use a blackhead tool, they just turn into a huge pimple that refills over and over.

Here is a picture, even though they are very hard to see. These constantly come back.
