Baby Heat Rash

Hi Moms - what are your babies wearing ?

My 18 day old baby developed baby heat rash ( miliria) . We keep our house between 70 and 73 and he typically wears a long sleeve onesie . What are you guys dressing your little ones in ? ( before we had a hat and mittens on him because we didn’t realize he didn’t need it ).

P. S. My baby hates being cold . Diaper changes , Bathes with lukewarm water make him angry .

We visited our pedi and she said everything is normal and diagnosed it as baby heat rash . I’m just ready for it to clear up . Seems to be the exact same .
