Who's watching older kids?

Just wondering with covid what you guys plans are for who will watch your other kids while you're in labor

My mom, she luckily lives next door and my boys just love going to grandmas. She was my second support person for all my deliveries so I'm kinda scared at the thought of doing it with just my husband. Then if I need to stay overnight my husband will come home and try get them to sleep in their own beds (he never does it so that should be interesting.lol) my plan is to spend the minimum amount of time in the hospital as possible(at my hospital you have to stay at least 2 hours after delivery) so as soon as thats up and as long as everything is ok with baby and I I'm going to insist on going home.

This question is what makes me wish I knew when the baby was coming because it gives me so much anxiety not to have a solid plan. 
My MIL will come stay at my house, but she lives 2+ hours away. While we wait for her arrival, depending on my current status we will need to drop off my son with either my SIL or friends if it happens in the evening. Hopefully I’ll need to go to the hospital in the morning or during the day while my son is at daycare 🤞🏼

They will go to my parents house 7 miles away. They have school (we are going back virtually here) and my parents are the only people we see.

My in-laws. Our son spends a lot of time with them. He loves his grandma and grandpa and so do I. They’re great people.

My babysitter is a family friend. She watches my son when I go to work and thankfully she can watch him whenever I go in labor. I have people that can watch him quick if she's unavailable (my mom lives close by or my sis can).

Our nanny. Too worried about exposures for my parents. Hoping they quarantine properly after the birth and can meet the new baby after we do the same for two weeks. We have all only seen each other outside.
