Bedtime Routine
What’s everyone’s bedtime routine? My baby turns 1 on Thursday and we currently do a bath every other night and he has 7 oz of milk that knocks him out. Once he’s on full cows milk, would this routine still be ok? I just read that one year olds should have 8-10 oz of milk a day. That doesn’t seem like a lot so I’m thinking is he going to struggle going to bed if he doesn’t get that nighttime bottle? Curious to what you guys are doing.
