Incision infected?

I'm 1 week post cecerean and my insision looks like this. The top above the insision is puffy. Hoping this is just normal... the bruising just showed up yesterday 😓

I'm a week post, too and just took off my honeycomb dressing today. Mine dosen't look like that, though I do have bruising from an internal bleed. I'd call your OB and get it checked out asap.

I’ve had 4 c sections and never bruised but I guess it all depends on the doctor and how rough they are when getting baby out, as far as the incision goes are you up moving around a lot mine got red and itchy achey when I moved around far to much. It’s never a bad idea to be seen if you have concerns though better safe then sorry with a surgery this big.
