C section survival kit

So, nearly 3 years ago I had an emergency csection, which meant I was not prepared for the healing that came with that.

Here in about a month, I'll be having a scheduled csec and I can't quite remember everything I had wished I had.

I remember the Motrin, wishing for high waited panties and bottoms that didn't rub my incision site, BUT am I missing anything?? What did you guys have that you would consider a life-saver or a must have

Also, does anyone recommend any postpartum clothing that is fairly affordable?
