Constipated baby help ‼️😩😭

My baby is 7 1/2 months old and she really constipated 😭 she took two poops today and the first one she was crying and I had to help her push it out some blood came out w / it &’ the second time it was bigger and more / a little blood again . I’ve been giving her pears and lots of water goin to get her prunes tomorrow. Any advice ??
