How long after a late miscarriage does it take to ovulate again?

I’m starting to get worried, it’s been almost 2 months since I lost my twins at 16 weeks and I haven’t seen a rise in my bbt or any other ovulation symptoms even though I did get a strange (no cramping/light bleeding) period 4 weeks after the miscarriage as expected. I’m past due to ovulate and still no bbt spike or symptoms...

It can take a while for your body to go back to normal, especially the further along you were.
Have you had any follow up blood work or ultrasounds to check for retained tissue?
