Carpel tunnel ?

Has anyone developed carpel tunnel postpartum? Any suggestions to help the pain and did it go away eventually?

With my son a did I had to wear a brace for about 2 months it went away on its own

I got carpel tunnel in my 3rd trimester during pregnancy and once I had my baby it went away, I will say this though my left hand has never been the same.

They make some supportive wraps ands thing to help manage! Sorry that is about all I know. I think if I am correct it goes away
