So I’ve heard..

That you are not suppose to engage your core in any type of ab exercise. K I’m not doing crunches or anything but I’m talking just trying to get out of bed!! Or roll over,how do u do it without using your abs?? I’ve heard it can cause or make ab separation worse! Is this true? And if so how does one roll over or get out of bed!?? I remember this with my first one and I would about be in tears at bedtime. And now I’m reached this point again. 12 1/2 wks to go..hopefully sooner!
