I had my 3rd miscarriage recently. About 4ish weeks ago, and today I decided to take an ovulation test, I mostly kind of had a weird feeling I should, but also want to start testing to see when my cycle might pick back up... and I got a positive OPK...

Now my question is, could I really be ovulating? Or could this be left over hormones giving me a positive OPK? I know when I was pregnant my hormones were giving me positives so I’m curious if I should panic or not...

Note: we’re trying to avoid pregnancy for now... because I’m not sure I can mentally or emotionally handle another MC.
