Why am I nauseous???

I haven’t been nauseous since 8 weeks I’m currently 20 weeks 3 days. Even when I was nauseous and throwing up and having bad morning sickness it only lasted like 3 days. So why now am I nauseous???

Could be so many things to be honest. I have pepto all over my house because of this. You ate to much (which one day can be the normal or less then amount), a delayed reaction to a food that upset your stomach, the baby is moving, your dehydrated, stressed, overtired, or it’s your hormones (progesterone). There really isn’t one reason for everyone, maybe keep track of what your eating or what your doing/ feeling to see if there is any common denominator.
