Heartbroken 💔

Still can’t seem to get pregnant. The beginning of the month I think I had a miscarriage because I had taken a test with a faint positive and now 3 weeks three weeks later I’m still at a negative test.. I’m stressed now and I feel like I’m not a real woman because I can’t get pregnant.. my heart is breaking 😢🥺
