HELP any idea what they are?

I don’t know what these little red bumps are on my body.

Looks like hives to me. 
Your body is now detoxing for 2. Your system is probably maxed out. When your liver, kidney, gallbladder, etc can’t keep up it often shows in your skin. 
Drink lots of water, and try to eat better food. Lemon water and dandelion tea are great for gently moving things along.
Don’t do a detox of any kind though. They are bad during pregnancy. 
I’m not a sensitive person normally but now can’t handle cloth detergents or any (normal) chemicals getting on me or I brake out. It’s very interesting and frustrating when it happens by mistake now. 
Hope it resolved itself soon.

I had the same thing a few months ago. I freaked out and went to the dr and he said allergic reaction. Maybe try taking Benadryl?

Eaither an allergic reaction, or something else. My initial thought was bed bugs but idk
