How to get out of a binging cycle?

I’ve been bing eating for the past month and only realized a week ago how bad it’s become. I wanna stop because I know it’s not healthy and mist importantly I feel like I’ve fallen into a cycle of self hatred which I worked hard to get out of.

I have gotten back into exercising but I know that being active is pointless when your food lifestyle is awful.

If any one has tips, advice or mantras that help with getting out of bing eating please share I’m in serious need of help.

I have the hardest time with bing eating at night. I used to do intermittent fasting which helped but I stoped recently because I found myself binging within my eating window like crazy.
