Do you get acne from sodas?

I get so much acne after drinking just one can of soda. I hate it but I can't seem to completely stop drinking soda.. Does anyone else get acne from drinking sodas?

Yes! Especially darker sodas. I started drinking those flavored sparkling waters whenever I crave a soda, but I mainly drink water. My skin has cleared up a lot!

I drink sugar free soda for years so I have no idea. I do get pimples when I eat donuts, brownies white sugar and buttery stuff tho 😬

From what saw you can, your skin gets a lot more clear when you stop drinking sodas and start drinking water. Though I've never been able to stop and see if it works for myself.
