I'm a little concerned about my health with my periods because they're usually so bad I throw up and cant anything down, I cramp 11 or 12 days before my period and have terrible lower back and pelvic pain. I tried researching my symptoms and it lead to Endometriosis. All my symptoms including bowel issues either linked to that or Irritable bowel syndrome, with diarrhea and constipation. I'm kinda worried as I'm only 16 years old and teens can be diagnosed. I know I cant really self diagnose myself so if anyone else has the disease could you tell me the process of being diagnosed and how to get treated? It would be much appreciated.
