Woke up this morning at 6 weeks 1 day spotting in worried! This my first time during a pregnancy spotting?

I spotted in both my first two pregnancies for about two weeks. The blood was dark brown which means old blood. As long as it’s not bright red and fills a pad within a couple hours, you are fine! I was worried when it happened to me too. Hang in there!!

Some light pink to brown spotting can be normal. I was spotting Saturday for a little but it stopped and then started back up Sunday evening around 6. I never had bleeding my previous pregnancy so I went to the ER to get checked and everything was fine! They did an US and I saw the baby and the heartbeat was 130. I would say if it gets worse or a bright red to call your doctor just to see what they want you to do. Hope this helps

I would call your dr just to be checked. Some spotting can be ok. I was spotting brown a little and got checked yesterday just to be sure. Baby was there and the heart was flickering.
