Anyone have THIS happen??

Okay so I ovulated 4 days ago. I got an extremely positive opk all of that. Okay so TMI but ever since then I’ve had EXTREME SENSITIVE STOMACH where I went from extremely constipated to getting these weird cramping feeling in my lower abdomen and then Id have to run to the bathroom. I’ve never had a problem going before and if I eat the feelings of it have been getting worse. Could it be the hormones in my body? Like I don’t understand it. Someone tell me I’m not alone lol

It’s too early for pregnancy symptoms as it can take over a week (8-9 DPO) for implantation to occur. What you’re experiencing is probably just progesterone and other hormones that women can experience during their cycles. If it gets too severe, you may want to consult with your doctor. Could be from rising Progesterone post ovulation. One of the main symptoms is constipation. Drink plenty of water, increase your fiber intake, use a heating pad/warm water bottle, go for a walk, etc. 
If your abdominal pain is severe and/or persistent, see your doctor.
