Do you have troubles sleeping ?

Do it feel so uncomfortable to eep on your left and right side ? And do it make you gotta go pee every 5 minutes when you lay on your side? Tell me y’all stores because I’m going thru this my self

My ribs hurt when I sleep on the right, I cramp when I sleep on the left and not allowed to sleep on my back. I am working on using my pregnancy pillow as a wedge to prop one side up a little so I am half back/half side. And also prop myself in a semi seating position. That seems to help me, but i also dont have the bathroom problem like others.

I just got this new small wedge pillow and it’s helping even more then the pregnancy pillow I bought
