Apraxia...

This is the speech disorder Scarlett has. It’s the reason she still doesn’t talk. Her brain and mouth muscles don’t work together. So she has everything she wants to say. She just can’t do it. This isn’t what we were hoping for. It’s a disorder that she is going to struggle with her whole life and need constant therapy for. Her birthday was June 15 and she only has maybe 5 words. She has a speech level of a one year old pretty much.
