Period starting sooner

Hey guys! So my period is two days late according to this app and one day late according to another period app I have. I’ve had unprotected sex this month(I know thats unresponsible but please don’t bash me for it that’s not what I need right now, thank you!) so I’m not exactly nervous but is there some things I could do to speed my period up a little bit? I’ve seen that taking a warm bath works and eating cumin but other than that I have no idea.
