Allow child to go to coparents on weekends if the other parent is a Covid-19 denier?

Not trying to keep child away from other parents. Offered endless time with other parent after pandemic.
**We are American* parent lives in a city that has higher case rates than the whole countries of New Zealand, Liberia, ect combined.

If the other parent doesn’t take COVID seriously, no way should the child go. The child’s safety and health is number one.

I don't think you can legally keep them from their other parent if there is a parenting plan, unfortunately

That tough because we are going to be in this pandemic for months even an other year  if dad is taken this seriously and being safe I dont see why not just tell him to respect staying inside that's a very long time for a child not to see there dad

If he can respect your wishes and caution about covid even if he doesn't believe in it, then it would be fine. But I'm not in your situation and I don't know you or your ex. But if I can trust my ex to be safer than usual for me and our kid despite his disbelief, then I would say OK. Because it's not so much about disagreements, but does he respect your disagreements. And no, I wouldn't label him as dumb and immature for being a covid denier, but I would label him as dumb and immature if I can't trust my kid with him. I hope that makes sense.
