Hi everyone!

I just started my first round of Clomid 11 months after an ectopic pregnancy that resulted in the loss of my right Fallopian tube. We have been trying naturally since then with no success, hence the Clomid.

I went in for my follicle scan at 12DPO and had only one mature follicle on my right ovary.

I got a +OPK every month before this so my doctors are confused as to why I’m not producing more mature follicles.

We’re trying to get follicles to grow on the left ovary since that’s the side I have a tube on.

Should I ask to increase my dosage next month? Have any of you experienced this before? Or have any of you gotten pregnant after ovulating from an ovary with no tube on that side?
