Hey everyone. I am 6 months PP. I got the iud inserted directly after birth. I have had a history of PID and BV. Lately I’ve had bleeding everyday for the past month, light brown and bright red blood along with uterine lining or small clots. I went to the ER and they said it was BV, but I am also having cramping in my right abdominal side. Anyone else experiencing this with the IUD? Just trying to determine what’s really going on with my body. I haven’t had a real period I don’t think since I stopped post partum bleeding. It’s just been this month real heavy bleeding. They tested me twice for pregnancy and its negative.
