Dandruff shampoo or remedies?

Any tips? My scalp is red,burning,itchy,peeling 😩

Tea tree oil over night and then dandruff shampoo with pyrithione zinc in it😁 I get bad spots when I am stressed and the tea tree oil always helps...

Briogeo coconut charcoal scalp scrub. I got the worst gross dry flaky itchy scalp when I switched thyroid meds..it was appalling. Head and shoulders made it worse because it was way to harsh and left a weird film feeling on my hair. Found the briogeo scrub and tried it. Felt better after 1 wash and was almost completely gone after 3ish weeks. That stuff is a literal miracle. Their regular shampoos are great too. They use as few chemicals as possible and none of the really harsh ones. Kinda spendy but lasts awhile and totally worth it to me.
