Absolutely whatever you want. There arent any restrictions on what you should or shouldnt eat and any "suggestions" made by websites or other people are just that...personal. what makes one person gassy during their period might not make you gassy. What makes my cramps worse might make yours better...
Eat and drink and take note of how your body responds to each item.

I'd say eat what sounds good to you. 
I eat bread-like foods if I have to take ibuprofen, as ibuprofen hurts my stomach. 
Drink plenty of water if possible.

I've found that eating healthier during and before my period eases PMS symptoms like cramps. Lots of leafy greens, no fried food or alcohol 👍🌱 Your body could thank you ♥️

You can eat whatever you want 🤷‍♀️ some women like chocolate or ice cream during their period...personally i just like to take a hot shower to soothe the cramps
