Which baby bum cream?

My baby has got a bad diaper rash also kind of looking like eczema but doesn't feel rough. Bennetts bum cream doesn't seem to be helping. What brand works best for you? TIA

Your baby may have a yeast infection, which needs a different cream. You can call your pediatrician and describe it to the nurse. Mine has always called in a prescription for me. Anti-fungal creams help too, but I would get that approved by the nurse before using it. A bath with a cup of baking soda (no soap) and using wet cloths/paper towels for diaper changes will also help get it under control and comfort your baby!
