I am positive I ovulated this month.

I am positive I ovulated and had sex with my partner before ovulation and during and my period is in 6 days and my tender breast are going down a bit not as intense as it was when I was ovulating and I have done pregnancy test last week and 3 days ago, I am not pregnant right? Or the hormone still needs time to pick up? Plus I am sensitive a bit to smells
