As the title suggests I'm not in a good place right now in terms of bowl movements.

I had some light diarrhea and now I'm constipated. I feel a dull ache in my lower back but no contractions or anything unusual. This is my second baby. With my first my water broke at 38+4 but I didn't know and eventually I had some pinkish discharge at 39+3 and had to be induced due to early water breaking.

Anyone else had constipation after diarrhea? I can't be the only one.
