Please help
I’m 3 weeks and 6 days pregnant I go for my beta tomorrow and I’ve had multiple positive pregnancy tests I went to the bathroom about an hour ago and I’m bleeding its bright red only when I wipe and not enough to fill a full piece of toilet paper I noticed a few drops in the toilet. Am I miscarrying? Anyone? Please help?
