YOGA BALL SOON??

Question

How soon can you start bouncing on a ball? I’m 35 weeks in a day but measuring a week ahead. I’m just curious as to when I can start utilizing some of these things that get things going.

Bouncing isn’t necessarily as good for you/engaging baby as hip circles and figure 8s are, but you can do that your entire pregnancy.

You can use it your entire pregnancy. It won’t make you go into labor but it’s great for helping with back pain and doing exercises that focus on opening up the pelvic floor

Towards the end of my last pregnancy I didn’t sit anywhere else except the ball all day because it was too painful to sit anywhere else. 
This time I can get on it anymore my hips are to bad😔

I've been bouncing since 30 wks...only thing that helps my back pain. I've been lengthening the time every week or so.

I use a Swiss ball as an office chair, pregnant or not lol during labor though, it was the absolute worst thing ever. I preferred the peanut ball or just plain walking.
