Lining for FET

I was given the go ahead to start my estrace to prep for my FET but I still have not started my cycle. today is cycle day 37. I did an ultrasound today and my lining is already at a 0.7 (no medication) and i do not go in for my lining check until 14 days from now. I started my estrace this morning. Can a cycle get canceled because of a super thick lining? What do they typically want to see your lining at before transfer?
