We just aren’t having a 2 year old birthday party this year. She will have gifts from the family but with covid and our house being remodeled, I simply can’t afford a big party. I can’t afford to risk our health and I can’t afford to pay for decorations and catering. We will likely just bake a cake at home together. She will probably love helping me and it won’t make a world of difference to her that we aren’t having a party, but my friend just announced that she’s doing her baby’s birthday on halloween and the theme is “The Terrifying Two’s” and I’m just kind of sad for my own baby and I suppose a bit jealous of her cute party theme. We have been remodeling our house and it won’t be quite done before my baby’s birthday.
