So my hair is suppose to be blue. Like royal blue. But for whatever reason my roots are starting to turn green/teal. Even when I originally dyed it had that tint of green near the roots. I figured it’s because I didn’t process it long enough with the bleach since my hair is dark. If I redye my hair the blue but focus more on the roots this time (without bleaching) would the roots come out bluer? Like will my whole head actullay be blue now?
