I had sex on ovulation day according to the Flo app. I honestly didn’t realize it until today. I was smoking and my stomach started to hurt. It’s been hurting on and off all day! I start my period Aug 1st.

Is it too early for a pregnancy test? Should I honestly be worried? Is ovulation 14 days after your period or is it 14 before your period? (I had sex on day 15).

I got off nexplanon in February, is it possible for me to be pregnant? I was on for 6 years.....
