Bleeding 2 x in a month PCOS

Hello

So I didn’t have a persons for 2 months then I started in the begging of July for a week and half then stopped for 3/4 days spotting during very light then started a heavy period again. I don’t what to do or how to stop it I don’t wanna keep taking BC to help it i am trying to conceive
