Something like this happened at my 20 week ultrasound and we were sent to a high risk doctor. By the time we went to see them everything was normal!

Don’t stress! My last pregnancy they scared me to death when my sons intestines were “too bright” an echogenic bowel! Basically a marker for Down syndrome but it went away!! Your baby is still growing and this more than likely is nothing. The MFM specialist was very reassuring but I was a nervous wreck for 10 weeks worrying about my son
