these do not look like cat scratches. Cat scratches are not perfectly straight and uniform like that. Idk if this is a cry for help but you need to talk to a therapist about whatever you have going on. Do you have scratches anywhere else or just your arm? Your friends and family have every right to be worried.

Those look exactly like self harm scars. Cats don’t scratch in perfect lines like that and you would have to torture your cat to make them scratch you like that.

I would assume the same thing. Cat scratches aren't usually so uniform and straight ... and multiple in one spot. If they ARE cat scratches, you need to stop pissing your cat off so much. Also, you should consider seeing a doctor because cat scratches can cause problems. You know they dig in their own crap and litter, right? Causes infections and blood issues.
