Hi ladies! Currently on my first cycle after stopping BC and had excruciating cramps earlier today, and a heavy flow. It is my first day of my period, had some spotting yesterday. Before BC, I had irregular periods, like 3-9 months between them, which is the whole reason I got on BC. The pain was so bad at one point that I got clammy, pale, and a bit lightheaded. I have a pretty high pain tolerance but that was up there for me. I was wondering if any of you ladies have experienced similar with your first cycle after coming off BC? Hoping it’s just my body readjusting and it’s just a one time thing 🤞🏼
